What I’m most passionate about is transfer: making sure learning actually shows up in what someone can do in real life.

I can tell someone something all day long, but until they have to use it themselves, or until they need it in a real moment, it doesn’t really land. Learning becomes meaningful when it connects to action.

So my focus is always on facilitating situations where learners aren’t just receiving information, they’re actively using it, deciding with it, and building confidence through it. I want them to feel like they’re in charge of their own learning, figuring out what they need, when they need it.
Because when learning is experienced that way, it doesn’t stay in a course or a moment. It becomes theirs.
